How do I return a product?
After the form is successfully filled and you receive the confirmation email, you can either send the product by courier and shipper charge* or deliver it to our headquarters at Karaiskaki 67, Aharnes 136 74, during pickup hours Monday – Friday 10:00 – 16:00.
Product return terms
- The product must have been manufactured or procured by Adem
- The corresponding purchase document has to be available
- Up to 7 calendar days have passed since its receipt, except in the case of damage. If the product was received defective (Dead On Arrival) the 7-day limitation applies
- If you received the wrong code, it must be returned in its original, undamaged and unused condition
*If the product is wrong compared to your order, or it is defective or has damage within warranty that does not result from improper use of the product, the transport cost will be refunded to you once the case is identified by our partners.
